“WaterNSW views Customer Advisory Groups are the primary forum for communication and consultation with our customers. They provide an important forum to engage and consult on a local-area basis with a broad cross-section of our customers, on issues relevant to our performance and delivery of services to customers,” Ms Cameron said.
Membership includes representation for WaterNSW customers who are regulated river water users, unregulated river water users, groundwater users, stock and domestic users, environmental water users, industrial and commercial water users, public water utilities, and Aboriginal community representatives and cultural water users.
Ms Cameron recognised the valuable contribution of current Customer Advisory Group members and congratulated the outgoing members for their time and valuable input.
