Metering allows for transparency and fairness for all users.
Faulty meter forms
If your metering equipment is faulty or if telemetry connection is lost for more than 72 hours, you must notify WaterNSW within 24 hours. If you do not report a faulty meter, it is a breach of the Water Management Act 2000.
