Please note: Requests for an extension to an existing S91i where the meter must be replaced will now need to be referred to NRAR, who will complete an assessment and provide further direction. We will continue to manage logbooks and other operational factors during this process.
There will be a minimum of 14 business days required for NRAR to complete their assessment. If you wish to continue to use water during this time, ensure you submit your request, with supporting documentation, ahead of time. Please be aware that any new S91i applications where a replacement meter is required will also be impacted by this change.
