Barwon-Darling Unregulated River Water Source

WaterNSW has received an application from Full Diesel Pty Ltd to amend an approval for a Water Supply Work and Water Use by:
- Adding a 600mm pump and associated pipelines with a capacity of 100 l/s and adding new locations for an existing pump at Lot 200 DP1206252, Lots 4, 20 – 23, 30 – 31 DP753574 and Lot 3055 DP765250, and
- Adding a Bywash Dam with a capacity of 294 MLat Lot 20 DP753574, and
- Adding land for the purpose of Irrigation, located at Lots 20 – 23 and Lot 30 DP753574, all of which is located within Parish Pera, County Gunderbooka.
The application relates to Barwon-Darling Unregulated River Water Source on the Darling River and the Big Billabong, subject to Barwon-Darling Unregulated River Water Source 2012 Water Sharing Plan.

Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number A033512. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
