WaterNSW has received an application from Bernadette Driscoll to amend an approval for a Water Supply Work and Water Use by:
- Adding a 300mm pump with a capacity of 275 litres/secondat Lot 41 DP756571, Parish Nunnagoyt, County Wakool.
The application relates to the Murray Regulated River Water Source, subject to the NSW Murray and Lower Darling Regulated Rivers Water Sources 2016 Water Sharing Plan.
Objections must be submitted in writing to WaterNSW, PO Box 398, Parramatta NSW 2124 or to customer.helpdesk@waternsw.com.au. Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number A034148. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
