WaterNSW has received an application from Muirhead Grazing Pty Ltd to amend an approval for a Water Supply Work and Water Use by:
- Adding a work Off-River Dam with a capacity of 91 ML at Lot 42 DP754818, Parish Bangheet, County Murchison,and
- Adding a work Off-River Dam with a capacity of 55 ML at Lot 38 and Lot 40 DP754818, Parish Bangheet, County Murchison,and
- Replacing a work, with a 125mm Centrifugal pump with a capacity of 60 l/san increase of 47 l/sat lot 40 DP754818, Parish Bangheet, County Murchison, and
- Adding land for the purpose of Irrigation, located at Lot 38, Lot 39, Lot 74, Lot 78, DP 754818, Parish Bangheet, County Murchison.
The application relates to Rocky Creek, Cobbadah, Upper Horton and Lower Horton Water Source on the Horton River and is subject to the Water Sharing Plan for the Gwydir Unregulated River Water Sources 2012.

Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number A032106. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
