The WaterNSW Customer Portal will drive our transition to digital engagement and self-service, enabling customers to access our services at any time and from anywhere. Part of this vision is also to provide our customers with one place to manage their water related needs.
We encourage you to check back from time-to-time as we continue to release new features in the Customer Portal. The best way to stay up-to-date with upcoming releases to the Customer Portal, is by signing up to receive our monthly E-Newsletter.
Please be advised that between 5pm Friday 15 November and 5pm Sunday 17 November, followed by 9am Friday 22 November and 5pm Tuesday 26 November the Customer Portal will be unavailable due to a system upgrade. If you have an application in progress during this time and require immediate assistance, please contact our Customer Service Centre. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Apply for a BLR bore in our Customer Portal
We are excited to announce that the first stage of our Customer Portal is now live allowing customers to use the portal to apply for a basic landholder rights (BLR) bore. You can also amend your BLR bore approval (i.e. subdivide, surrender or decommission) using the Customer Portal.
Before you begin checklist
We recommend you contact a licensed driller as you are required to provide detailed information about the proposed work.

We accept all forms of major credit card as payment - a merchant fee applies. A merchant fee (0.44% to 1.76%) applies for using credit and debit cards. For the best Customer Portal experience, we recommend using Chrome or Microsoft Edge. We are continuing to work on improvements to enhance your experience with the portal.
