Acknowledge SAFETY: I confirm that all attending adults have read the WaterNSW Risk Management Assessment, Terms and Conditions, and Frequently Asked Questions * RATIOS: I confirm that the adult to student ratio are being met by school staff and helpers (Primary: 1 adult to 10 students / Secondary: 1 adult to 15 students) * WELFARE: I confirm that I have documented all student welfare concerns or needs * CLOTHING & FOOTWEAR: I confirm that all participants will wear enclosed shoes and clothing appropriate for changing weather conditions * BUSES: I confirm that the bus will park in the bus bay on Production Avenue near the Visitor Centre AND the bus will remain onsite during the excursion to assist in transporting students * ARRIVAL TIME: We will arrive at the dam site by 10am (unless otherwise organised by the WaterNSW Education Team) * BREAKS: I confirm that my students will have a snack and use the toilets upon arrival (by 10am). I will notify the teachers and staff that lunch will occur at approximately 1:00pm *
